All paid orders are final. We are unable to refund or cancel an order after payment is made. Thus, please check your order and details before making payment. Also, we will not be liable for any lost/damaged mail.

🛒 Exchange and Returns

Unfortunately, exchange or returns are not allowed due to hygiene purposes. However, in the event whereby a wrong or defective item is received, please feel free to send us a DM with your order number within one week upon receiving your parcel. Our team will evaluate the issue and advise you accordingly thereafter.
